Pauline was interviewed on the National Public Radio program “War Veterans,” in which she tells her story of her journey through fear and grief. She said, “It feels like that grief is going to kill you, if you let yourself go into it. But the miraculous truth is that it will give you new life, if you go to the grief… it will give you new life.” You may listen to a RealPlayer audio recording of that interview by clicking here.
High School Students’ Recording
Students in a history class at North Shore Country Day School in Chicago wrote Pauline a letter and composed a video honoring U.S. soldiers in the Vietnam War. This vivid and touching remembrance features her husband and family. The letter and the video may be viewed here.
